"Hand wash separately in cold water using mild detergent. Do not scrub while washing, gently rub the fabric. Always line dry your textiles in shade or inside out under direct sunlight. Use low heat iron. All our textiles are pre washed at the production stage so no shrinkage should be observed. For coloured textiles, all our textiles are hand dyed which may release a small amount of color during the initial washes, which should reduce after few washes.
Variations and irregularities in the fabric are an integral characteristic of the hand printed, hand dyed, handwoven and hand spun textiles, they add to the uniqueness of the product and are not a defect. Major part of our sourcing includes working on a variety of surpus, defective, deadstock textiles, so minor color inconsistonies within fabrics is natural.
After care of every handmade textile product is equally an integral part of the process to extend the life of the textile, be gentle with your handmade textiles.
For framed textiles, gently wipe the frame with a lightly damp towel. "
