This piece is inspired by a type of orchid discovered in 1911 near the hill station of Panchgani, which is also the source of its name — Panchgani Habé-aamri (Habenaria panchganiensis). The Habé studs emphasise the flower’s mesmerising moth-like form, intricately hand-painted with a metallic lustre. Bold. Complex. Ethereal.
